Michael is an accomplished attorney specializing in business and tax law based in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Glendale, CA, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from the California University of Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
“Mike G.” began his career at a leading national law firm, where he advised clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations on business law, and tax compliance. He started his own firm shortly after, and his expertise in business and tax law has established him as a trusted advisor for businesses seeking to optimize their strategies.
In his spare time, he enjoys chess, and spending time with family. Michael continues to make a significant impact in the fields of business and tax law.

Majoring in accounting, and a member of the Business Honors Program at California State University of Northridge (CSUN), he brings a strong academic foundation to his role. As the Accounting Manager, he leads our bookkeeping team and oversees financial management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all client accounts. He plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations, streamlining processes to enhance client case management and making necessary adjustments to improve workflow.
In addition to managing financials, he focuses on optimizing efficiency within the team, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Shawn S. Lawler

As a key member of the Client Services team, Shawn engages with clients daily to gain a deep understanding of their businesses, personal lives, and goals. Yonathan Amselem

As the Chief Operating Officer of Lawyers Limited, “Yoni” is a bilingual attorney with extensive expertise in asset protection, tax issues, finance, and business entities. Over the years, he has established more than one thousand corporations and LLCs, as well as hundreds of trusts and foundations.
His experience includes advising countless clients on strategies to protect their assets from legal claims and financial risks, providing them with tailored solutions that ensure long-term security and compliance.
Licensed to practice law in Washington D.C., he continuously expands his financial and tax knowledge to better serve his clients in navigating complex legal and financial landscapes, both domestic, and international.

Our partner in Switzerland is Michael Donev, Esq., an attorney and private banking advisor at BFI Infinity in Zurich. Michael assists U.S. and Canadian citizens in providing access to Swiss private banking and wealth management solutions. He has specialized in the needs of wealthy North American families, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors to provide a solid and tested connection to global wealth management opportunities.

As a licensed attorney in New York and Washington state, Michael has previously practiced in the United States, France, Belgium, and Switzerland at law firms and intergovernmental organizations, and was general counsel for international corporations. Michael has developed expertise in international banking, corporate law, and data privacy. He publishes regularly and enjoys writing on international legal topics.

Julian Zeman

Based in Rarotonga, serving as the Business Development Manager of Ora Partners in the Cook Islands, Julian brings extensive experience in strategic business planning, stakeholder management, and business development, with a specific focus on offshore trust structuring for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). Originating from Rancho Santa Fe, CA, Julian has a deep understanding of the needs of US-based clients seeking asset protection and wealth preservation solutions.
Previously, he served as a director of his own marketing and media company for 11 years, where he honed his leadership and business management skills.  Julian specializes in identifying new business opportunities within the offshore trust industry and developing strategies to expand the firm’s market presence. His proficiency in market research, client needs assessment, and regulatory navigation ensures tailored solutions that drive growth while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
